DTF-printed in our own facility
We print with DTF (direct-to-film) transfers in our own factory — not a broker's. Full color is one price: gradients, photos and multi-color crests cost the same as a one-color logo, so a detailed school seal is no problem at quantity 5.

Your Deadline, Working Backwards
The back-to-school window is short and the dates do not move. Most US campuses run move-in between August 18 and September 1, and sorority recruitment lands in the last two weeks of August. Production starts after you approve your proof, and most orders ship in 6–12 business days — so the math works backwards like this:
- Move-in bags (Aug 18–Sep 1 arrival): request your quote in the first days of August so there is room for the proof round plus production and transit.
- Bid Day / rush (late August): get your artwork in by roughly the first week of August. This is the tightest window of the season — chapters that wait until mid-August are relying on everything going perfectly.
- Staff and teacher gifts (first week of class): the most forgiving of the four — but the same 6–12 business day production clock applies.
If your date is already tight, say so in the form. We will tell you before you pay whether we can make it, rather than after.

Back to School Bulk Orders — FAQ
Is the minimum really 5 bags?
Yes. Five bags of one design is a real order, not a sample exception — you get the same free digital proof, the same DTF printing and the same guarantee as a 500-piece run. What we do not do is one-off single bags; the offer is built around one design repeated across your group, starting at 5.
What does the proof process look like?
After you send your artwork we return a digital proof showing your design placed on the actual bag at actual size — placement, scale and color. You review it, ask for changes if you want them, and nothing is printed until you approve. The proof is free, and requesting one does not commit you to an order.
How fast can I get them, and can you rush an order?
Most orders ship within 6–12 business days after proof approval, plus transit. If your date is tighter than that, put the date in the quote form. We will look at the current production schedule and tell you honestly whether it is possible before you pay — we would rather turn down a deadline than miss it during move-in week.
Can you work with a school purchase order or tax-exempt status?
Many of our school, district and campus customers order on a purchase order or with a state tax-exemption certificate. Include your PO details or exemption certificate with your quote request and we will confirm what we can accommodate for your specific order before you commit.
Can each bag have a different name on it?
Individual names are possible, but it is not what this page is built around. The core offer — and the pricing that goes with it — is one design printed across your whole quantity, so the whole staff, floor or chapter carries the same bag. If you want names added on top of a single shared design, mention it in the form and we will quote it.
How does shipping work?
We ship across the US with tracking, and shipping is free on orders over $150. Delivery timing is the 6–12 business day production window plus transit to your address, so build both into your date. If bags need to arrive at a campus mailroom or a school office with limited receiving hours, tell us in the form and we will note it on the shipment.
